Shush has created a digital banking service that has enabled the evolution of money management by focusing on educating children about the principles of digital money management. Combining mobile first digital banking with the practical experiences of an automated in-app financial education platform. Shush will deliver positive wellbeing for the next generation. Shush came to Future™ to ensure that the message was delivered to the parents of generation Z, who have the lowest savings ratio in history and to ensure they have the opportunity to learn about good money management and engage in securing a financially independent future. The Shush team explained that they wanted to appeal to a younger demographic, but wasn’t sure how to best target them without alienating parents.
Future™ performed extensive primary and secondary market research for Shush to uncover information about the Launching of the Brand and the best opportunities to better position Shush alongside a younger generation of clients. Our team synthesised this information to create an in-depth brand positioning strategy.
Our design team, developed the brand guidelines by detailing colours, typography, brand applications and brand collateral that would best represent Shush in the digital banking market. We designed a clean and engaging logo that was paired with the new tagline: ‘Shush… it’s coming’ that we have used pre-launching of the physical app.
We then focused on developing a custom designed website with straight forward navigation and streamlined content by removing similar or unnecessary text to be easy for clients to engage.
